What does that mean? do you think i'd be able to get in dlsu? :/ it worries me a lot and i really want to study in dlsu.

it means that you were reconsidered to go in DLSU but you have to take the degree redirected to you.

Unfortunately no. All freshmen should complete at least 3 terms before being allowed to shift to other programs.
